The Best Bones Forever! Campaign, through the Office of Women's Health, Office of Human and Health Services, aims to help girls ages 9-14 adopt healthy habits, specifically increased calcium and vitamin D consumption and bone-strengthening physical activity, to buildstrong bones. The Campaign is implementing and evaluating a national social marketing campaign to increase awareness of bone-healthy habits and affect behavior change.
Stir It Up is a new show and campaign that will help young women develop a healthy relationship with themselves, with others and with food! After being bombarded by images of being either too fat or too thin, girls can finally find a balance once they gain a positive perspective on themselves both inside and out! The show combines the fun of a cooking show and the fun of a comedy to stir things up and make life fun while making fun of life!
